Does this sound familiar?

“

“What will calm me down when I'm stressed?”

“

“I've already tried to quit. What would make this time different?”

“

“I don't even know what to do with myself without it.”

“

“Maybe I'll quit after this one… or when life settles down.”

You want to stop.

You're just afraid of what life feels like without it.

That does not make you weak. It means nicotine has become connected to your ordinary moments: waking up, driving, eating, stress, boredom, work, and being around other people.

The book starts there, not by demanding more willpower, but by helping you question what nicotine is actually doing for you.

What if quitting is not about fighting harder?

I tried to quit around 30 times. The final time became different when I stopped seeing nicotine as a friend I was giving up, and started seeing the trap I was escaping.

The lie I told myself

“Nicotine helps me handle stress.”

The truth I discovered

Much of what I called relief was relief from craving nicotine again.

The lie I told myself

“I need it to get through life.”

The truth I discovered

I had built my routines around nicotine, and I could learn to navigate them without it.

The lie I told myself

“Quitting means giving something up.”

The truth I discovered

I was gaining freedom from planning my life around the next dose.

Believing
You Need It

A real story. A mindset shift. A freedom that lasts.

How I escaped 10 years of nicotine addiction, and how you can too.

Eight chapters, a 20-page Freedom Workbook, and cited research notes. It is not a lecture from someone who never understood. It is the book I wish I had while I was buying a vape, throwing it away, and buying another one.

10years addicted. ~30 attempts. One shift that finally worked.

I was controlled by a literal USB stick.

For almost ten years, I built my days around nicotine. I used it when I woke up, when I was bored, when I was stressed, and when I wanted to escape what I was feeling.

The physical withdrawal was not the hardest part for me. The hardest part was learning that I did not need the thing I had organized my life around. Once I understood that, quitting stopped feeling like deprivation and started feeling like freedom.

Today I coach, lift, and talk openly about the trap on TikTok. I wrote this book so someone else might make that shift sooner than I did.

“
3 weeks nic free thanks to you! You changed the way I thought about quitting and now the cycle is broken. Thank you man.

I used to vape for four years. I came across one of your videos and thought to myself, yeah right, and kept hitting my vape until it died. That was about a month ago and I haven't hit a vape since. Surprisingly it has been very easy to do.
Joey V. · 4 years vaping, one month free
“
I am 27 and I have vaped for 10 years. I stopped for almost 8 months, then started again. Thank you for the reminder that I do not need nicotine. I really do appreciate it, sincerely.
Ulises P. · Still in the fight

Nicotine does not deserve another day just because it had yesterday.
