Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This policy explains what information quitwithlogan.com collects and how it is used. The short version: this site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not sell your information.

What this site collects

This website itself does not collect personal information directly. It is an informational site about the e-book Believing You Need It and related coaching. Any personal information is handled by the third-party services described below.

Purchases (Gumroad)

The e-book is sold through Gumroad. When you click a purchase link, you leave this site and check out on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment details in order to process your order and deliver the e-book. This site never sees your payment information. How Gumroad handles your data is described in Gumroad's privacy policy.

Consultations (Calendly)

Coaching consultations are scheduled through Calendly. If you book a session, Calendly collects the name, email address, and any information you choose to include so the appointment can be confirmed and managed. Calendly's handling of that data is described in Calendly's privacy policy.

Embeds and analytics

Video sections on this site embed the TikTok player. When those embeds load, TikTok may receive information such as your IP address and browsing activity, and may set its own cookies. This site may also use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits. You can block cookies or embeds using your browser settings.

How your information is used

Information collected through Gumroad or Calendly is used only to deliver your purchase, manage your booking, and communicate with you about it. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as Gumroad, Calendly, TikTok, the CDC, and Smokefree Teen. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and no personal information is knowingly collected from them. The quitting resources listed in the footer, including Smokefree Teen, are provided for younger readers seeking support.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask that information held by Gumroad or Calendly be deleted by contacting us using the methods below and by working directly with those services, which control their own records.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
